Agents of SHIELD: Ragtag Review

Wow. Really Ward, really?
That's mainly my thoughts about the episode. It (like Spider-Man) made me laugh, and it made me cry (I
apparently have grown especially attached to Fitzsimmons, because I teared up when *Spoilers* Ward decided to pull a flipping Loki on them! *End of Spoilers* Never in my life have I wanted revenge on a fictional character this much.
Oh, yeah. I suppose I should get to the review...

Synopsis:
The team is getting closer to beating the Clairvoyant and his team, and while attempting to uncover the secrets of the one thing that connects everything, Cybertek*, they uncover a secret about the Clairvoyant.

Review:
That was a good episode. It was funny, and I'm really liking Tripp's character, and I really hope he becomes a series regular next season. But, really, Ward? Really? Was that really necessary? I don't think it was. Okay, so mainly, my thoughts about the episode are this: 'NOOOOO!!!', but, ahem, still. We found out something interesting about Skye's parentage, which I'm sure we'll get back to before the season ends. I hope. It gave us an...interesting cliffhanger (meaning the episode just stopped), but beyond my fury at Ward, the episode was good, and it was funny, and I think it's a great way to lead up to the final. Brilliant episode, minus Ward pulling a Loki. That is all.

Overview:
4/5

*I think it is spelled 'Cybertek' instead of 'Cybertech'. Also, who else thinks of the Cybermen when they hear that? Just me? Okay.

  1. Seeing Coulson completely geek-out at the Howling Commando stuff was positively hilarious! And I agree, I really like Trip and I hope he becomes a regular of the series. He has basically replaced Ward as the combat specialist.

I wonder who Skye's parents are though. I am thinking they are either Asgardians or aliens like the Kree.

I thought Ward dropping Fitzsimmons in the water meant he didn't want to definitely kill them, but maybe I did not understand that entirely. Also, did the box thing they are float or was it sinking? Anyway, I can't wait to see what happens in the next episode! And Ward is becoming a really good villain that we love to hate.

    Great review as always!

    1. I know, that was hilarious! When the episode started with the team, I was like, 'wait a second, where's Trip?', and I'm glad he and Fitz are starting to get along now. He has, really.
I know. I thought maybe Frost Giants (the only things I could consider 'monsters', and the destroying the town thing seemed like their M.O., but that seems unlikely...we've already seen that, so...
He may not want to have killed them, but-assuming that they survived the impact of the fall-that box (I think it was the thing Skye was in when she was healing from the gunshot and GH25) isn't exactly air tight, so water would be coming in fast. Hopefully, they'll figure something out to save them. I'm not sure, the scene cut so fast, I can't be sure if it sunk or if it started to float. Who knows, though?
I know, I can't wait, and yet I can wait, because that means it's the season finale! Ah! Yeah, I'm certainly good on the 'hate' part, trust me. :)
      Thanks!
