The night before last, I posted about Karen Gillan joining the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy. Now, Marvel itself hasn't mentioned anything about this casting news, however, the Official Doctor Who Tumblr posted this link, which states that Karen Gillian is joining the cast, as it's POSSIBLE SPOILERS lead female villain. Also, according to this article, shooting will start in June in the UK for Guardians of the Galaxy.

Thanks for the link! It will be interesting to see how Gillan does in a villain role, I have only seen her in Doctor Who.
