New Who Meets Big Finish

 In 1999, during the worst hiatus in history with no hope of another brand new Doctor Who episode

to ever air again, Big Finish Productions started, featuring audio adventures with Doctors such as Paul McGann (where majority of his stories were), Peter Davidson and Colin Baker, among others. Fans have long been wanting Big Finish to meet 'New Who', and today it was announced that Whovians would indeed have that wish granted.
 To be released November 2015 is a an audio adventure titled 'UNIT Extinction', featuring Kate Stewart as the lead, alongside other UNIT members (no cast details yet, but Osgood, possibly? Maybe it takes place before her ill-fated adventure with Missy?), in a battle against the Autons (a nice nod to the first episode that featured the Autons, in which the Brig-Kate's father-appeared).
I for one am looking forward to this audio adventure, as I personally think UNIT should be featured more (please writers of Series Nine?)
