Well, if we thought that all we'd get was the trailer (albeit, leaked trailer), well, apparently we were wrong.
Spoilers follow, obviously, not quite sure how major they are, but they do reveal stuff about a certain character that WAS NOT revealed in the finale, just so you know.
According to the synopsis, Coulson is still writing that strange writing on the walls; Skye is now a full-fledged SHIELD agent; and Fitz is left in a coma, after his ordeal in the finale, with the possibility of losing his cognitive functions, which is a 'devastating blow to Simmons'.
