Doctor Who: Pond Life

Back in August of 2012, the five days before September First (the air date of the Series Seven premiere of Doctor Who) could've been a long wait. However, it wasn't. To explain, I'll point you to Pond Life. Pond Life was a five-part webseries that would air one episode each day until September First. It followed the normal lives of Amy and Rory, or as normal as their lives get, and had the Doctor leaving messages on their phone telling them what he had done in the past time.

Overview:
The Ponds live their daily lives, with a little dose of 'Doctor Life' here and there.

Review:
Let me tell you: it was a great feeling to wake up to Doctor Who every day. The show was just a couple of cute, funny episodes that mainly focused on the Ponds. I highly enjoyed it, and it's just a fun little mini-series, albeit one that ends on a slightly sad note. The episodes themselves are usually funny, except for the last one which is more serious than the previous episodes.

Stars:
Out of Ten? Eleven.

Note: To watch the episodes, all you have to do is go to Youtube, and type in 'Pond Life Ombinus' and you'll be able to watch the series in the entirety

  1. I remember watching these before season seven, and I agree, they were a great bit of humor and the general awesomeness of the Ponds! Great review as always!
