Doctor Who: Paradox Lost Review

Hello everyone! Sorry for the lack of posts here lately! I'm going to make it up to you guys by writing book
reviews over the course of the view weeks.
Today we're starting with one of my personal favorites, Doctor Who: Paradox Lost (Written by George Mann)
This book is, without a doubt, my favorite Doctor Who book I've ever read. I've read it a dozen times.
 So let's get started!

Overview:
In London, 1910, a thief finds himself face to face with grey creatures who devour their victims minds. In London 2789, an ancient android is found in the Thames, when it is activated it has a warning for the Doctor. Soon, the Doctor, Amy and Rory are attempting to solve a mystery that has gone on for over a thousand years...

Review:
This is, as I've said, a wonderful book. I've read it many times, and it gets better with each time. It's more adventure than most of the Doctor Who books I've read, and there is some horror thrown in. While it is a good book, I wouldn't suggest having smaller kids read it, or to have it read to, due to the horror aspects of the book.

Side Note:
Whilst beginning to read it earlier this month, I was only a couple pages in when I read something; one of the characters in the book mention a 'Rose and Crown'. This book is placed in Victorian times. SPOILERS IF YOU HAVE NOT WATCHED 'The Snowmen'
Victorian Clara Oswald (as seen in The Snowmen) worked at the Rose and Crown. I am not ashamed to say that I had a Whovian Freak out at this.
Normally I'd say it was a coincidence. But you know what the Doctor says about coincidences:
Never ignore a coincidence. Unless you're busy, then always ignore a coincidence
