Marvel: Girls Reforming the Future
With a franchise with characters like Jemma Simmons, Bobbi Morse, Jane Foster, Helen Cho and
many others, science and Marvel mix together pretty well. And now it's going to even better.
Marvel has announced it's partnership with the National Academy of Sciences, Dolby Laboratories, Broadcom and Synchrony Bank to create the Captain America: Civil War Girls Reforming the Future challenge.
Girls between the ages 15-18 are encouraged to submit any innovative STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) based products that could change the world. Five contestants will be the once-in-a-lifetime experience of a trip to the red carpet premiere of Captain America: Civil War.
Meanwhile, one grand-prize winner will receive a real cherry on top, an internship at Marvel Studios!
Today, Marvel released a video promoting the challenge, starring Emily Vancamp and Elizabeth Olsen. In the video, they explain, more in depth, what the challenge means and what the prizes are, along with a few behind the scenes looks at Civil War.
You can find out more about the challenge at the official website for it here!
